In September 2001 we expanded our retail outlet by building a new Farm Shop and Kitchen and now sell a large range of local and home-made produce, including Meat, Cheese, Bread, Ice cream, Cakes, Honey, Farm Pressed Apple Juice (using our own apples), Jams and Preserves, Frozen Fruit and Vegetables and many more.

We welcome telephone enquiries and also supply to the trade.

Throughout the year, we always have a wide range of local and home-made produce, such as:

FRUIT & VEGETABLES
Seasonal soft fruit and vegetables (see table), with a large proportion of Strawberries now under cover, plus a wide variety of home grown Apples.

FRUIT PIES & CRUMBLES
All individually made in our farm shop kitchen using our own fruit and containing no artificial colouring or preservatives, now extended to include Summer Pudding, Apple & Mincemeat, Raspberry & Almond & Raspberry & Marscapone Tarts.

STEAK PIES, GAME PIES, COTTAGE PIES, LASAGNES, QUICHES, PASTIES AND READY MADE MEALS
Again all made in our farm shop kitchen using local ingredients and containing no additives. Ready Made meals now include Thai Chicken, Chicken in Cream & Mushroom Sauce, Lamb with Apricot, Beef Bourguignon, Pheasant with Chestnuts, Venison Casserole, Wild Rabbit Casserole, Moussaka, Cottage Pie, Beef Lasagne and Vegetable Lasagne with Blue Cheese. Savoury Pies include Steak & Mushroom, Steak & Kidney, Game, Chicken & Mushroom, all produced with home-made pastry. A variety of Quiches, including vegetarian, are also available.

ICE CREAM
A good selection of the award winning Hadley's and Farmer Bill's Ice Cream together with a range of Alder Carr Cream Ice - all delicious with our fruit pies and crumbles.

MEATS
Home reared pork from Lane Farm Country Foods and home reared Cratfield Beef from Suffolk, plus Pedigree Tilbury Meadow Beef from nearby Great Yeldham, as well as a selection of local poultry, lamb, sausages and bacon, are available.

CHEESES
We now have a delicatessen counter with over 40 different specialist cutting cheeses.

PATES
A good selection of pates are available including Chicken, Pork, Duck, Pheasant, Venison, Smoked Fish & Salmon.

FRUIT JUICES
The popular single variety apple juices, using our own apples, together with a selection of farm pressed fruit cordials and sparkling presses from Belvoir Fruit Farm, plus the award winning 'Big Tom' spiced Tomato Juice and such delights as Curiosity Cola and Victorian Lemonade!

FROZEN FRUIT, VEGETABLES, BAKERY & FISH ITEMS
A good selection of loose frozen fruit and vegetables, also including Home Roast Potatoes, Hash Browns, Yorkshire Puddings, Breaded Garlic Mushrooms, Apple Turnovers, Croissants, Pain aux Raisin, Pain au Chocolat, Fish Cakes and Prawns.

Freshly baked bread and rolls available daily.

A high quality range of smoked fish is available from Butley Oysterage - Pinneys of Orford - including Prawns, Salmon, Haddock, Mackerel, Kippers, Sardines, Trout, Eel & Pate.

PUDDINGS
Coles Traditional Steamed Puddings in individual microwavable packs - including Spotted Dick, Treacle, Sticky Toffee, Ginger & Orange and Chocolate.
